Frequently asked questions
Can we book just video or just photography?
Of course, we’re more than happy to do one or the other.
Already have a photographer and want us just for video? Not a problem, in our time we haven’t come across any wedding supplier we haven’t been able to work seamlessly with.
How long do we stay for?
Unless otherwise agreed we will start from preparations (2 hours prior to the ceremony start time) up until the evening party. We usually stay until around an hour after the first dance, we won’t leave until we’re happy we have enough.
How many photos will I get?
On average we deliver 500-800 per wedding with a solo photographer.
Can I print the pictures myself?
Of course! You can buy high quality lab prints directly from your beautiful, private online gallery, but you will also have access to download the high-resolution images to have printed wherever you like.
I’m not sure I want a portrait session, I’m uncomfortable infront of the camera?
You are not alone! Not to worry though, we’ve come up with little prompts, questions & games to get your natural smiles and giggles at their best. No worrying about if your fake smile is ok, we won’t ever ask, you’ll just be vibing with the person just married! We’ll discuss how long you want to spend on your couple shots at your pre wedding meeting.
Deposit & Payment
We require a £200 deposit per service to secure your date. We require the remaining balance 21 days before your wedding day.
Do you have backup equipment?
We always carry at least 3 cameras and multiple lenses. We’re yet to face a technical issue, but we’re more than covered.
Do I need a second shooter?
Possibly! Second shooters are ideal where you have more than 100 guests or multiple locations are involved. A second shooter can enable both preparation locations are covered. Also, if you’re opting for a longer film 45-60minute, we would strongly encourage another shooter to make sure you have everything covered.
Do you do the group shots?
Absolutely. To make sure they go as quickly as possible so everyone can get back to the party, we ask for a list of group shots when we meet before your wedding.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have full professional insurance to cover every aspect of our wedding services. Including drone footage.
